I don’t poke mine with a fork! I rub with olive oil and salt and just bake at 400° for an hour. On a baking sheet. Or I cut a long russet in halve lengthwise and drizzle with olive oil, add Jane’s Krazy salt and parm cheese at bake at 425° for 45 min.
