Am not really clear about the Dutch laws etc so you have to deepen and check about it more yourself 🤭

The process depends if you're an EU citizen already. Otherwise you'd need a visa of some sort. We do have a certain dutch exam you need to pass. Finding an affordable place to live is difficult. There's enough entry level and professional work to find here :p especially in the IT sector

For me it's okay hahah, diapers are cheapish compared to usa prices. There are several European Abdl supply stores. I mainly use diaper minister.
There's even a meeting every 2 months at the Amsterdam Akhnaton.
