Took mom to DQ (that's her in the jewel) for her death day. Story is that she ate an intense amount of soft serve while pregnant with me. Seemed like the thing to do together.

Is my first post about grief? Yes, yes it is. Mom's 2nd death day is tomorrow. Pictured here: her pin cushion, a pill bottle of her remains, cow's teeth she collected, a pottery bird her best friend made, and a balance skater she gave me. She died of covid, wear your mask, get your shots.
