Recently sat in a powerless Amtrak for a lengthy delay.
113 degree heat, Amtrak wouldn’t let us leave, no AC, no functioning toilets but towards the end of our 5hr delay they announced a “TEN PERCENT discount on all food in the snack shop bc it’s starting to spoil.”

Whomever came up with this non-apology & policy of new words and filters and blah blah blah still left this person active today and a number of their followers who I’ve personally reported for racial harassment. Like a skeets are deleted and they still get to terrorize the next day.
