Quick update! Was a fun HR Derby last night. Tony Blanco, Jr. hit them up onto the deck in left at Sloan Park. Farthest measured was 435ft! I think the system missed a couple.

Hope you’ll come out for the AFL again! Spring Training is quite the event, you’ll enjoy that, too, of course, but there’s something I enjoy AFL’s focus on the baseball. There is also a Play Ball exhibit at the Mesa Historical Museum to add to your list next time! Safe travels!

Hope you enjoy yourself while you’re here, maybe you’ll want to come back for a few days next season if your schedule allows! Also, be prepared, it’s a pared-down concession stand, too, just the basics and only 1 open!

They also have a a homerun derby on 11/8 and a Fall Stars game on 11/9.

I live in AZ and personally, I love fall league games. It was designed for the top prospects from every team to get seen so it’s scaled down, open seating. You can get a pass for every game at every stadium they play The championship is on Saturday 11/15, btw.
