Had a similar case a coupke of weeks ago. Anuric Aki requiring hemodialysis. non dilated obstructive uropathy suspected based off sudden onset anuria and metastatic prostate cancer.

Had b/l nephrostomy tubes placed and Cr improved to low 1s.

Make sure to meet in a public place with lots of people around. Just saying.

Prior to sglt2i being popularized I would not have done RASi for non diabetic ckd2 with a1 or a2. Heck, even ckd3 A1 May not have that much benefit from RASi.

I’m hard pressed to start sglt2i on everyone like I feel we’re being persuaded to.
