Skein of deep red bulky yarn with hint of black. Tags on showing color 033 CEREZA and NOVENTA (yarn is from Malabrigo in that line and colorway). Horizontal on dark brown wood table.

Ghastly-faced man in late 1800s-era bluish suit jacket, vest, pants, staring with horrified eyes straight ahead. Face has sores and growths, hands are bloodied. Standing next to round footed table with cat statue. Painting has style of a photo negative, with colors highlighting man and figures around him (reddish carpet, blue, green red surrounding him with floating figures). Taken from Oscar Wilde's story where the character Dorian Gray does increasingly horrible things, stays looking amazing, but the painting reflects his deeds.
