Sounds just like my state. Rural hospitals teetering on the edge of closing. We just had a rural hospital close it's Maternity and OB services completely.

Imagine walking into a house where an entire family was murdered, looking around, & writing an article on how the position of the bodies reveal that the parents were too permissive in allowing their toddlers to be out of bed at such a late hour, & wondering if modern parenting facilitates tragedy.

One person having the resource of a billion dollars is a moral injury to the rest of the world. Billionaire status is violence. This is an excellent way to present that concept.
