Well it seems that deactivating my instagram and facebook accounts has been good for me. I did an hour long yoga class and a 1.60 mile outdoor walk. Then cleaned the bathrooms 😂😂😂😂. Who knew all the extra time I would have.

The Senate needs to work around the clock for the next 17 days to confirm President Biden’s judicial nominees or Trump will get the chance to fill all those vacancies with MAGA loyalists. Tell your senators you expect them to put in the long hours necessary to get pro-democracy judges confirmed.
