Ran/walked a 5k last weekend. Spotted the camera as I crossed the finish line so of course I had to smile. Felt good and I managed to get to the end before the 10-milers arrived 😆

Ran/walked a 5k this morning at 7am. I’m still slow but I went faster than I have before. It was great weather! Chilly to start and warmed nicely.
