Rant alert ⚠️ I've paid a lot of money to travel on the train from Manchester to Plymouth and Cross Country trains thought it was a good idea to reduce an 8 carriage train to a 4 carriage. So many of us are standing in aisles etc. This is not safe or ok! #CrossCountryTrains #Railways
