This work on Using LLMs to position political meesages was recently published on political analysis: www.cambridge.org/core/journal.... It's a nice work that compares different LLMs with alternative methods and show some promising results.
The paper also contains a plot that made me think.

Dsa forces platforms to shrea interesting data. amar is a very confusing metric. It measures "all recipients actually engaging with the service at least once in a given period of time, by being exposed to information disseminated on the platform".Anyway amars for Twitter and TikTok as % of pop.
