Completely embarrassing. Again showing the disdain the Tories have towards the Welsh Government and the electorate that voted for them
There is vote today on the Welsh Gov's draft budget.

The Welsh Tory leader Darren Millar (who is also leader of the opposition) is not there.

He is instead in Washington DC for a prayer meeting with another Conservative MS.

This means Labour (who don't have a majority) will win the vote.

Who would have thought that driving more slowly and carefully could save lives? While 20mph can be frustrating at times, for the sake of saving 100 lives a year, I'm sure we can all put up with it

There were around 100 fewer people killed / seriously injured on 20/30mph roads.

Casualties from July-Sept was the lowest Q3 figures in Wales since records began.

Over the year the number of casualties on 20/30mph roads is 28% lower than the year before.

Good policy making.
