Done! Only took 4 hours, a pretty easy kit. I don't have batteries for the light though sooooooo I'll update that later in the week when my batteries arrive.

I am learning less is more, I fiddle with and add too much, not completely happy with this but it's just a practice sketch anyway so eh.

What have I been up to lately? Trying out watercolors for the first time in over 20 years. Right now I'm practicing trees (I started with that flower and then decided to work on trees). These are all practice sketches, hoping to improve my skills. I'm learning a lot of what not to do haha.

Going through stuff in my closet as I'm reorganizing and came across this card my mom gave us when Js dad died in July of '23, not realizing she would also die 6 months later. 2023 was such a bullshit year. 2024 wasn't much better.

Adding on to this, finished reorganizing my tabletop work space. Now I have easy access to my markers and pens as well as more space for small craft embellishments. Huzzah.
