⚖️🏛️ On 3 and 4 November 2025 we appeared at the Supreme Court of Appeal as amicus curiae (friend of the court) for UN Special Procedures. The appeal seeks certification against Anglo American SA for lead harms in Kabwe. Access to remedy in the UN Guiding Principles should guide the court.
