The US needs to introduce poll testing if it is ever going to climb out of the populist muck. Let Canada and Mexico run it so neither party is favored. 10 multiple choice questions on citizenship, basic science, and current events. Anything under 7 right, sit this election out.

I’m ready to be done with the Washington Post, after the news today that they refused to run an ad calling for Trump to fire Musk. I wish the Post staff would start their own paper, like the @kyivindependent.com did. I’d pay them 5x what I now pay for the Post.
