What's your obsession with dictators? Nothing inherently wrong about a dictator. You're charging the word with negative elements but the word is very neutral.

You also believe stories in books? If I had a bad tat, which I dont, i can pose naked if anybody is interested, just Dm me, DMs are open,,,,, I would never think about it again. Zero reason to "fix" it as the fools on BSky seem to believe is possible or doable.
