Cook hamburger meat with seasonings. Drain, add cream of mushroom +more seasoning + half bag cheese.
Dump meat mix into your pan covering the tots, then add more tots on top to entomb. Cook to tot directions, may need to add a little more time. Sprinkle remaining bag of cheese on top and melt.
