According to a study by Greenhouse, 1 in every 5 jobs posted on hiring sites are fake or ghost jobs. And, according to Hubspot, 4 out of 5 jobs are found through networking. So why are we still applying to jobs online?

I've struggled to be a "word for the year" person. I tend to be a "word for now" person. Anyone else out there?
