We wouldn't. He paved the way for this accepted ideology with the far right in Alberta, and when he wouldn't play the game harder or further, he was removed because she indicated she would do it all.

Great first step. To bring more homes to the market quickly, maybe only allow short term rentals (Air B&B, VRBO, etc) permissable with primary residences. Income properties should only be for long term rental agreements.

He will be. But PMJT stepped down and Mark Carney was voted in by the Liberal Party (people registered as Liberal) to replace him. He automatically becomes PM. By law and by the election cycle an election must be scheduled for no later than October 2025.
