I like connecting - running an e-commerce business can be pretty isolating. Also it shows that there's a real human being responding (Or at least I think it does - for context, my Chat GPT skills are toddler level)

No, not outside of the West of Canada. We're mostly e-commerce but Federated COOP carries a couple of products (not Smooth Criminal Shave Cream anymore unfortunately)

Agreed, although, my province had (maybe still has) the highest measles levels in Canada. My products are measles free though...

I think it has to do with the carrier (USPS may be more forgiving than the others). But, yes, I don’t think Canada customs is scrambling as well. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and, even after many F/U emails, still nothing.
