Yeah, there's no way in hell. Someone who was really good in networkx or something similar could do it in a couple of minutes, but I don't think you can grok the problem statement/file format fast enough to do it in 30 seconds.

I did one small optimization that cut my runtime by 70%. I have a path in my head to improve it well beyond that. Or, I could sleep, which is sounding like a good idea right now :-)
