isnt it checks and balances. havent the military also had the right to refuse illegal orders. their first call is to defend the constitution. Not the President. he is chief, only in as much that he too defends the law.

The danger is that we think, impulsively, for our politicians, they need to assess all consequences, and whether militarily we could deliver on any threats. Russia would take it as an act of war. cyber has become the new battlefield, we only slowly realised this and are miles behind Russia/China

For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Romans 13:4. The Church must step away from safeguarding

Paul living at the time of one of the most degrading autocratic empires of all time. Could write the book of Romans and in particular Ch 13. Vote yes, Join a party if you wish, but be prepared because none of the parties have christians that I have been able to discern.

Although I will disagree with you on many levels. I would like to make the following statements, I dont do it lightly. To be a christian you must be called by God, and then live with the gift of faith. This means 2nd there is no Christian nation. God after all sees the heart.

I also respect people. Trump was wrong, I rarely agree with him. All the journalists are wrong, constantly dragging the USA into one issue politics. My faith is neither red or blue, white, or any other hue. Faith is in God alone. Good works are a choice each day. Journalists should be called out too

I partially agree. But Faith is believing that Jesus Christ came to reconcile us to God, through his one for all sacrifice. This is the truth over and against the "the world, the flesh and the devil" . Our priority is to tell people this, not to convert, thats God's prerogative.

Abraham Worshipped, Yahweh, the eternal God, and only God. He also was aware of the promised Messiah (Jesus Christ). Only one God, One path, the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ, Fully man, fully God. The promised shepherd of Ezekiel 34.

I have only one question. Is this about justice for the victims, or is about salacious gossip, and the tarnishing of political enemies? I hope the former. I also hope the investigation ensures many will have had contact with Epstein and not with his activities under investigation.

Im not for bombing people. However these are not gallant heroes of some obscure revolution. they are making vast amounts of money spreading misery, and using obnoxious tactics to silence those who oppose them. The Colombian Govt were shown over and over to be corrupt and some in the US Govt.

We do not, or should not have a common spirituality. Christians should work and interact, with their faith being clear and obvious, a separateness that God aged of Israel, and they failed. unfortunately some Christians have taken that same path. We are meant to be distinct. our believe more so.

I think people should have their opinions, but not the right to insult. You have made your choice, you can ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness. You may find reading Josephus interesting, regarding the person of Jesus Christ.

And for the record we believe in heaven and hell. Heac=ven for those who believe by Faith Ephesians 2:1-0, and hell for those who reject God. Spot anything there, we know mankind will persecute us now until the end, so its a brotherhood of believers.

Actually the Christian faith, doe snot allow for a state or nation to be set up. The New heaven and earth will be ushered in by Christ, we are saved by faith, not good works, or belonging to a nation. Surprise, surprise, read things other than propaganda
