Try a “glaze” or sometimes spelled “glazé”, various makers. It’s a reduction so is thicker and has a stronger flavor. Good for adding to fruit or salads as well as bread.

I can see how “could have” evolved into spoken “could ah” then devolved into “could have” through social media typing translation.
