Went to Lone Star Zine fest this weekend. There was so much there that I got a little overwhelmed.

I intended to find specific creators who align with my specific interests.

Instead, I got out of my comfort zone and engaged with creators of all different stripes.

Here's what I came away with.

It's kind of weird that I'll be seeing Fear this weekend. I first listened to "More Beer" when I was too young to buy the stuff.
"All I want is moooore beeeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!" - 17 year old me. Now I'm going to see them after not touching beer for a few years beyond the occasional non-alcoholic bottle.
