Watching the AppleTV Foundation series, thinking something's different. Weren't Gaal and Salvor guys? Since it had been 40+ years, I re-read the first book yesterday. Wow. Whole lotta cigar-smoking going on. The TV series is no more a patchwork than the original, tho.
