Does the County Council get it's £2.5 million back under this deal? Be nice for the Communities in Llanelli. I am supportive of the Scarlets as a vital pillar of our County but £2.5 mill would go a long way.....

Precisely. It is exhausting that people on low incomes keep voting for fossil fuelled politicians.
Poor people voting for politicians that will keep them poor is basically how democracies ended up drifting back to fascism.

Solar PV and wind energy costs less than half the cheapest fossil fuel.
So if your energy is expensive then you have some corrupt politicians helping themselves at your expense.
Vote them out or you might be part of the reason they’re in power.
