I got bored, so I made RefCell from Rust in C
Now you have light runtime borrow checking and if you define NDEBUG, it becomes noop

Somehow, I have managed to implement POSIX grep in Rust, that is, I don't support -x argument, neither colors

but I'll work on that stuff later, these options are supported

I'll do finishing touches, maybe add colors and I'll publish it to crates.io and then work on some of my features
