I know a lot of people disagree, but I'm excited for Bond to finally be younger than me. I'm a married man with midlife concerns, and it's less and less cool seeing someone my age or older be impulsive, reckless and defiantly single. These things don't read as charming forever.

I can't imagine a more glorious self-own. He might as well insist she play a nuclear physicist and say "yo mama" in the movie too. It's not like Bond Fans are known for dragging actresses for decades on end for the slightest imperfection.

Agreed! That's why this whole culture of dogs chasing the Cavill car - and Bezos fueling it - is so weird. (Also I didn't mean to imply you were a LLBI, I think you know the type I'm talking about and how much I'd rather listen to your pitches, sorry about that 😬).

It doesn't read like there's any new reporting for the article so I'm hoping that's just another rehash of the WSJ rumors. Not that I wouldn't put it passed Amazon, but agreed, they're going to have to do better than low-level Bond influencers.
