For me, it really depends on what it is i am eating. I work hard not to eat things like sandwiches and other bread.

I have the same issue, plus a gluten intolerance. I have found Iberogast to be my new hero. If I know the meal I am eating is going to cause trouble, I take 2 capsules before I eat. No more trouble!
