you fail to understand the mechanics of how GPT works, that compressing texts means compressing the underlying model of reality, and have probably never used in context learning (where you can teach a GPT new concepts through only a prompt)

usually when I say prompt engineer I think a combination of someone who comes up with architectures like AutoGPT, someone who writes metaprompts, and someone who can achieve all those things with pure prompting
