An illness or delusion can never be "a choice"! Illness is a fate which subjects us! Do transsexual people think to be mentally ill? No, they perceive themselves being born in the wrong sex's body! You can call this a "body delusion" or "body dysmorphic disorder", but this is not suitable to help!

In this subject, there's no space for ideology! Feeling to be born in the "wrong" sex's body is not an easy fate! Conversion therapy aims to make this suffering easier after a reliable diagnosis of genuine transsexualism is made! There's no use in taring every "gender dysphoria" with the same brush!

We have to admit that fascism can evolve from an open society at any place any time! We live in large dense flocks with organisational complexity but are still the vulnerable animals, steerable by emotion and fear. Only clearing up, education and knowledge will free us and help us to build humanity!

...as far as I know, he has a space-occupying lesion (a cyst?) in his brain! Depending on its exact localisation, it can cause lack oft critisism, bizarre ideation, personality changes...! Else he could have something of a schizophrenic ("worm in my brain, having eaten some oft it"), etc...!
