same with anything caffeinated, I always found it so weird before reading more about ADHD!
thank you 🫂 maybe in a few years the doctors here will catch up with the ‘newer’ info and i might get the courage to try again or even move to a diff country, but not all hope is lost!

yup and because where i live not even psychiatrists believe in adhd in adults, i have no chance of getting medicated probably ever
