I've made some new friends because of it. I feel better, my new meds are weighing in sure.

But there's no cure like good friends to help you out.

Don't be afraid of your darkest day, be good to those around you, and they'll hold the light for you when you need it most.

A lot of people could've written me off, a fair few people I've had fun interacting with the last few months have had absolutely no incentive to interact with me. And be fully justified with how I handled my breakdown

But they did, they showed me a great kindness, and gave me an opportunity to try.
