The hardest parts; client loss, relapse, struggling to navigate other complex systems to make sure our clients are cared for in every area, feel a little less difficult when we see so many succeed and find the support necessary to revive that laugh and smile again and again! (3)

I wish the clients got to keep them. For many, that's the first time they've smiled and laughed in a while. In all seriousness, the job is hard in many ways, but that's always what I come back to. That a moment of laughter and safety will be left uncaptured, and only I got to see it. (2)

What Tiktok taught me is that social media and the community I gained is excellent for my mental health, and for getting through the terrifying and exciting, beautiful and horrific parts of life. Whatever comes next, I am happy, hopeful, and ready for anything ❤️ (6)

Tiktok was my safe place to share my journey through life, and I'm devastated I may not have that platform as I navigate a broken health system and unravel the damage covid has done to me, or discover what elusive condition it has flared. I will be sharing that journey on my other platforms. (5)

I was brushed off a lot in the beginning. "It's just anxiety" or "it can take a while to heal from covid" are statements I am tired of hearing, that I dread hearing, because I am desperate for answers and treatments. I am desperate to be in less pain on a daily basis. (3)

Between September and this past Friday, I've been to the ER 5 times, urgent care 3 times, and my primary care doctor 4 times. I attend physical therapy, I've been to the ENT once with with a follow up scheduled, and am awaiting cardiology, neurology, and pulmonoloy appointments. (2)
