A happy red dragon has his golden claws hooked over the edge of the picture boarder, it’s smiling happily at the camera/viewer. His golden mane, tummy, whiskers and tail fluff shimmer in the light, as do the bright red scales all over his body and tail. A golden shining 2024 is over his head between his cream coloured deer horns. He’s against a light green background with a slightly darker green circle behind his head. Happy year of the dragon!

when drawing open mouths the upper teeth will always stay parallel to the eyes regardless of what expression they’re making - don’t angle the upper teeth based on the mouth shape

Remember that eyes are 3D and when looking at them you’ll often see the upper and lower lid sticking out if the character isn’t facing head on.

For us, we’ve been working really hard to finish our comic script. We’ve hit a bit of writers block, so we moved to the character sheets for now while we work out the bugs in our script :)!
