It's December, it's wet, and it's miserable outside. But looking at my small larder of winter veg makes me incredibly happy. I've got celeriac, cabbage, parsnips, leeks, kale, beets, carrots, oca, and herbs. So grateful 💚 #gardening

🧄 Someone asked me why I was planting garlic in pots instead of in the ground. I do it when:
1. The soil is too wet
2. Winter crops need harvesting first
3. I can't decide where to plant them at the moment.
I'll plant these out in March, and they'll live outdoors in trays until then #gardening
