I got this little trailer second hand and combined with thru axle takes most loads upto 40kg, + another 20kg in each pannier. But i would love a cargo bike, just for the joy of it.

Ditto in Exeter but the hefty ones are really too fat for a D lock.
We've now got a city centre Screwfix (hurray) which saves having to pedal around the utterly unsafe Industrial estate
