My cats are always my go to show & tell. This is Peaches being her adorable self.

My first green smoothie this month. And it’s post-massage. What’s next? Returning to a regular yoga practice? Daily walks / hikes? Journaling my damn feelings out? Yes, please. This resistance fighter needs some serious self care.

Next up, Peaches & I are going to have some serious couch time!
