I think he called the wrong store because he never once told me what exactly he ordered or when today. Like if something like that happened to a rational person wouldn't you tell the person that is supposed to help you what you ordered and the time?

So the third time he called I raised my voice kept my tone firm. I told him I apologize and we can remake it or refund it. He paused long enough to say he wants a refund. I'm like awesome can I get your name. I get his name. Then he's like I want to talk to a manager... Yeah that's me.. lol

He said he found a bug in his food. Well it wasn't that nicely worded. So I hung up the phone. He called again and one of my crew members picked it up and he cussed her out I told her to hang up. He called again and by this time I was over him!
