Two(ish) Smithsonian done, like 20 more to go?? Fun fact, I've met the professor featured in this stone tool exhibit in college and he taught us how to throw ancient javelins and carve tools which we then used to slaughter and roast a goat 🤠 The old, old, old fashioned way

Birthday dinner #1, modernized Chinese food. We always love getting Peking duck for celebrations, but personally I like the thin wrapper of Bejing style the most. My parents would always make steamed eggs and clam at home growing up so it's interesting trying an elevated restaurant version

Moony and Maya introduced me to this super fancy and interesting restaurant where you sit at a floor table and construct your own mini hand rolls with an assortment of fish and specially salts 😋 Ironically my favorite things were the soup, tea, and salts haha not to say the fish wasnt amazing too!
