He’s just not a good in game manager. Too many people manager through a binder and some managers have lost the “feel” of game situations.

Mendy has absolutely no feel for the game. This is September baseball. Helsley shouldn’t see the mound again after this outing. Put him in the minors until he figures it out. These games are too important. Helsley started the fire and poured gas on it all by himself.

It’s not. Just venting. I use this more to vent. I know what I say sound dumb, but it’s my initial reaction. The last 3 games were perfect and to play like this tonight…you understand the anger.

We’ll see. Obviously it’s just frustration after such a great last 3 games. I should be used to this by now, but it gets really annoying when they play down to their competition.

Easily. They aren’t ready to play the game. That’s his job. To make sure they are ready. Especially after sweeping the Phillies. This game had let down written all over it…and it is happening.

He should’ve removed himself sooner for letting Senger hit with the bases loaded and no outs in a big spot.
