Interesting case playing out in Hennepin County as the County Attorney's Office and the Public Defender both ask the judge to withdraw the guilty plea of a woman detained by ICE. Five years ago the office sent out press releases on the "ginseng scam." www.kare11.com/article/news...

I've confirmed that no human remains were found in the search in Winsted for Jodi Huisentruit. They did find some animal bones -- not unusual in an area that consists/consisted of farmland for generations. The discovery of "bones" started rumors in the community.
