I DID IT! 🥳There were moments when I thought #NaNoWriMo would get the better of me this time round. My blood, sweat, and (copious) tears have gone into this manuscript. But I fucking did it. 50,000 words of passionate lesbian romance.

Fully immersed in #Bridgerton. I know Princess Augusta is the villain in Queen Charlotte’s story, but you’ve got to admire the way she single-handedly solved racism in one afternoon with a few wedding invitations. All the while serving Civil Rights Leader realness. 💅👑 🫱🏾🫲🏻

One thing I love about travelling for work: the extra time with my Kindle. Reading on the train. Reading if I eat dinner alone. Reading in my hotel room in the evening. It feels a little like taking myself on a date. Portable magic.

I can’t even begin to imagine what would compel any author to poke fun at the thousands of readers who enjoyed their book enough to vote for it in the Goodreads Choice Awards… It’s so needlessly disrespectful of the audience and romance genre. #RespectRomFic
