I just learned that while the English word "English" is derived from "Angle", the Welsh word "Saesneg" is derived from the Latin for "Saxon", and once again the Jutes are left out

By far the funniest thing about the Welsh language is the fact that consonant mutation also applies to proper nouns. What don't you understand about "croeso i Fanceinion"? I'm obviously talking about Manchester.
