Yup, and it’s awful. Just need to figure out your trigger foods and cut back a bit. For me it’s citrus and tomato.

I remember you posting about it on the other app and thought you did a great job, all the food you make and post looks really tasty. I’m awful with presentation when I cook, just want the food to taste good.

It’s always central area and everyone but the little ones load their own plate. I used to see movies and shows as a kid and see the family sitting at a table with portioned food on each plate and think “wtf is going on?”

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I told my partner the same thing a few weeks ago. I wanted to disappear and all memory of me gone with it. He talked me through it, been feeling better recently. If you need an ear, I’d be glad to lend mine.
