You're right, it is good news. If I can keep my plants alive, that's enough right now. The right foods can change your life. I was borderline diabetic this year and I turned it around completely with diet changes. I guess that's good news too.

My feed is filled with rage preaching to the converted. None of it is going to move the needle. I wish I had good news to share. All I can do right now is tend my own garden and help neighbors around me who need it.
