I do the NYC-to-Richmond train 8 or 9 times a year & it'll roll into DC on schedule to the *minute*. Then the second we cross into VA, it's all over. Long stops in the middle of nowhere, can often be 2+ hrs late before RVA. It's so depressing.

SO good. I can't believe I got teary-eyed about Presidents Garfield and Arthur.
