New #preprint!💡 In this study we show that 2h exposure to three different artificial light conditions (SWL🔵, LWL🔴 and BWL⚪️, compared to DL⚫️) during daytime (09:00-11:00) all enhance alertness and attention in healthy young adults, but does not affect RT variability.
