Today I’ve actually done the whole cleanse, tone and moisturise thing. I’ve put makeup on. Done the weekly shop. Cooked lunch from scratch. Changed the bedding AND done a wash.

Now I need a nap.

Right guys, chemo has screwed me up. I need to try to get my life back on track. Keep me accountable, I need to do more each day than sit in my room and cross stitch! I have 10kg to lose. Not sure a month before Christmas is the best time to start but we’ll see.
